Hong Kong-based fax agency Information Centre for Human Right and Democracy carried a report on 26 January 2013, which said that "16 people who participated in the protest against the launch of a PX chemical project in Qidong, Shanghai will be tried in a local court for 'the crime of disrupting social order' on 30 January." The report said that one of these 16 people included those who took off Qidong party secretary Sun Jianhua's shirt during the protest.
